Americana Dairy (Pvt.) Limited, is a Company duly incorporated in Pakistan, and also the exclusive license holder of AMERICANA DAIRY LLC USA. It is currently working with a capital investment of 7.2 Million U.S.D. out of which 3.6 Million U.S.D. has been invested in its flagship project described below. The business having been in place since 1998, Americana Dairy has itself entered the Pakistan area, with its sole mission “to make people feel valued”, and the aim to change the face of the Market in Pakistan, while targeting to achieve PKR 14 billion Sales by the end of 2010. Our concentration is not on making enormous profit, but rather builing on our reputation and thus earning a name for it.
Our flagship project of dry dairy plant possesses the annual capacity to process 72.0 million liters of milk, thus the plant’s production capacity is 9,000 metric tons of spray dried powder and dry dairy ingredients per year and is capable of producing a range of products, including special application spray dried product and tea whitener / coffee creamer.
The process and the manufacturing execution system (MES) were automated by Allen Bradley. Rockwell Automation is the primary programmable logic control (PLC) supplier. Additional OEMs supplying the plant include Tetra Pak.
