DRY DAIRY INGREDIENTS production facility Vita Pakistan’s new state-of-the-art dry dairy ingredient production facility is being built as part of a long term strategy of the group, the idea behind this implementation is to market spray dried dairy ingredients to consumers within food service sector. A present there is no sophisticated third generation dry dairy ingredients production facility in the region. Another reason of this execution is to avail the outcome of Research & Development of special application dry dairy ingredient by academia, to benefit from the results of partnership with academia of high prestigious and international repute. In this plant besides production of regular dry milk powders, special application spray dried dairy ingredients will be produced under the guidance of academia and supervision of foreign experts. This project completed in a period of over 18 months and cost over USD 3.600 million.
SKIMMED
Milk Powder
Skimmed Milk Powder or Nonfat Dry Milk Powder is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized skim milk. It contains not more than 5% moisture (by weight) and not more than 1.5% milk fat (by weight).
FAT FILLED
Milk Powder
Fat Filled Milk Powder produced by a spray drying process blending of top quality dairy ingredients with pasteurized milk with added protein with specially prepared vegetable oils (Blend of coconut oil, cottonseed oil, canola oil, palm oil and sunflower oil).
BUTTER CREAM

Butter Cream Milk Powder usually is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized milk, which also may have been homogenized. Alternatively, Butter Cream Milk Powder or Full Cream Milk Powder obtained from blending of liquid milk, condensed or dry milk.
